It’s a RAFM Elder Thing and a plush mini-shoggoth from Toyvault. Just for those who want to track down the culprits.

Tek’leelee would work. If your vocal cords are not rotted in instants for pronouncing that name.
That’s not a Shoggoth… I think they screwed up the name and meant it to be an Old One’s head or something
